At Maryam Maariya, we strive to ensure that your orders are processed and delivered efficiently. Please review our shipping and delivery policy below:

Order Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of placement.
  • If your order includes customizations or alterations, processing time may extend to 48-72 hours.
  • Orders are not processed on public holidays or during unexpected disruptions (e.g., government regulations, natural calamities, or other unforeseen circumstances).

Shipping Charges:

For Domestic Orders:

  • Prepaid Orders: Free shipping across all pin codes within the UAE.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Subject to an additional logistics fee of AED 20, irrespective of the number of items ordered.
  • Our domestic shipping partners include FedEx, Aramex, and DHL.

For International Orders:

  • We ship to all countries that accept shipments from the UAE.
  • Orders up to USD 300 will be charged a flat shipping fee of USD 20.
  • Prices are inclusive of all applicable UAE taxes (excluding import duties, which may be applicable at the destination country).
  • Our international shipping partners include FedEx, UPS, Aramex, and DHL.

Delivery Timeframes:

  • Domestic Orders: Typically delivered within 4-5 business days from order confirmation.
  • International Orders: Expected delivery within 7-8 business days.
  • For orders requiring customization or alteration, delivery times may vary.
  • In cases where a delivery address is located in a remote or inaccessible location, our logistics partners may request you to collect the package from the nearest pickup point.

Order Tracking & Delivery Issues:

  • If you face difficulties in tracking your order or if your order has not been delivered within the estimated timeframe, please contact us via WhatsApp or Email.
  • If you receive an incorrect or incomplete order, notify us immediately, and we will arrange for necessary corrections.
  • If the received package appears damaged or tampered with, please do not accept it from the delivery personnel. Instead, inform us immediately. If you choose to accept a tampered package, kindly note it on the delivery form and capture a photo to facilitate an investigation.
